§ Payment Terms
Payment by Bank transfer. In full minimum 14 days prior to the agreed wedding date. The prices include value added tax.
§ Cancellation Policy
In event of cancellation, notify Wedding Denmark in writing, by email or text message, as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation:
With 14 days notice or more: 50% is refunded.
Within 7 days of the wedding date: The full amount is non- refundable.
If you change date with more than 7 days notice: €200 is payable.
If you change date with less than 7 days notice a fee of €300 is payable.
§ Confidentiality
We protect your privacy. We have to pass relevant documents to Tønder / Esbjerg Kommune for processing and approval. We regard client records and documents as confidential and will only be given to the appropriate authorities if legally required.
§ In Case of no wedding corsed by insufficient documents
You will have to pay the Examination Fee to the municipality of 70 Euro plus administration workinghours to Wedding Denmark.

§ General
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. For changing, modifying or supplementing these Terms and Conditions the owner of the company have to accept in writing and signed form.
