Weddings

The southern Danish towns of Tønder and Ribe, are famous for their historic buildings and cobblestone streets. These two highly atmospheric towns, located amidst stunning natural scenery, both provide the perfect setting not only for an unforgettable stay but for a truly romantic wedding.

Basic wedding package:
470,- €

  • Weekday wedding at the Town Hall.
  • Help with all legal documentation.
  • Provision of two witnesses.
  • Includes all taxes, VAT   and the administration fee to the local municipality of 70,- €.

Please note that the cost of accommodation, your stay and evtl. Apostille service (international validation of marriage certificate) are not included.

Extended wedding package:
770,- €

  • Weekday wedding at the Town Hall.
  • Personal assistance and help with all legal documentation.
  • Assistance with travel plans and booking of accomondation.
  • Before your travel to Denmark, we will send you an email with program and citymap.
  • We will meet you in person before your meeting at the municipality, after the meeting we will help you finding your accomondation.
  • Booking of hairdresser and photographer.
  • Provision of two witnesses.
  • Wedding Denmark will be present at your wedding.
  • Includes all taxes,VAT and the administration fee to the local municipality
    of 70,- €.

Please note that the following costs are not included: Accommodation and expenses for hairdresser, photographer and evtl. Apostille service (international validation of marriage certificate). These costs will be added to the final bill.

Luxury wedding package:
1945,- €

  • Weekday or Saturday wedding at the Town Hall.
  • Personal assistance and help with all legal documentation.
  • Assistance with travel plans. We will email you program and citymap.
  • Booking of accomondation. Your hotelstay is included: You will stay 3 nights in a surperior room at Hotel in Ribe. Including breakfast all days, welcome gift (sparkling wine, fruit, chokolate) and a nice romantic lunch for bride and groom at your weddingday after the ceremonie – beginning with sparkling wine.
  • A small champagne reception following the wedding ceremony (for eight persons).
  • Personal assistance and help when you arrive to Ribe and the meeting at the municipality. We will guide you and help you finding your accomondation.
  • Booking of  hairdresser and photographer.
  • Provision of two witnesses.
  • Wedding Denmark will be present at your wedding and help you during your stay here.
  • Bridal bouquet (value 70,- €).
  • Photography in and near the old town hall in Ribe (value 130,- €).
  • Includes all taxes, VAT and the administration fee to the local municipality of 70€.
